Medicare coverage of Xolair

I would appreciate any information you can give me about what kinds of

co-pays you pay for Medicare Part B coverage of Xolair. I understand

from my doctor's office that the only payment I will have to make for

Xolair will be $20 to cover the difference between what Xolair costs

the doctor and what Medicare pays the doctor for it. I was surprised my

out-of-pocket would be so small since under Medicare Part B I pay 20%

of the cost of my nebulizer meds, which comes to much more than the

Xolair co-pay would be even though Xolair is much more costly than the

nebulizer meds. I just don't want to end up with any big surprises here!
