The difference is self administered medication -vs- physician adminisetred

medication. Strange, I know, but the government covers (medicare covers) more

if the doctor has to inject it. We in healthcare are fighting to get self

administered meds covered better and get certain medications labeled self

administer to ease the burden on doctors offices and the patient.
