All medical professionals have that form, and none of them will see you unless

you sign it. Also sad but true.

I personally wouldn't let a chiro touch me other than for massage or light

treatment. You probably sign some form without even knowing it that you will

hold them harmless for anything they do to you. People have a bad habit of

signing anything put in front of them without even reading it. Sad, but true.
