Guest guest
I'll be starting Xolair next week. My doctor says he can't predict who Xolair will help the most based on their IgE levels - some with very high levels respond well, some don't and some with low-end levels respond well, some don't. My IgE varies from about 75 to 130, so it's not extremely high. Although I have very bad nasal and skin allergy symptoms, I'm wondering if my asthma is mainly triggered by reflux (mine is severe) and infection, and whether the Xolair is likely to make a difference in my case. Would appreciate hearing from folks with lower IgE levels and bad reflux as to whether Xolair helped. Fran
