Happy New Years......I made it!

Hey all,

Just wanted to say I made it through ALIF spinal fusion of L4/L5 back

on the 22nd of Dec. Thanks to all your prayers and kind words. I

still have some residual lower back pain and am not sure if it's from

the leftover nerve damage or just pain related to the trauma of

surgery or what. But I see my neurosuergon Wed Jan 7th and I guess I

can ask him. I am to start hydrotherapy around week 8 and am

wondering if anyone else has done this surgery, or rehab and what I

can expect. Take care one and all and have a good, fun and safe New
