Surgery Question s- On RECUPERATION

Hi I just want to know how long it took for people who have had

spinal stenosis surgery, particulary in the cervical region?

Did you also have trouble with a tingling feeling on your arms (like

a " pins and needles " sensation 24 hours a day), which was also

painful when people touched it?

Also, when you wake up in mornings, do you get muscle spasms which

are also painful?

If someone could answer these questions it would be great. Our

specialist does not tell us much.
