I feel for me, my happiness comes only from God. If you try to find happiness

in earthly things, you will always be let down. True happiness comes from

prayer and the graces that receive because you did pray. I don't know what your

" ZONE " is. My " ZONE " comes from my spirituality. Only Jesus Christ can give

you true peace.

We want to feel good. The primary motivation behind every action we take is the

desire to feel happy. Even when we’re focused on moving away from pain, we are,
