I pray that your leftover minimum leg pain and skin sensitivity will be gone.

One of the things I've read that is supposed to help is to walk; I'm also

looking forward to physical therapy in a couple of weeks to strengthen the inner

core to prevent injury in the future. I was also advised to take herbal meds,

vitamins and homeopathic remedies so I'm trying them all - barley grass juice,

noni juice - all meant to maximize the healing. I found a good web site -

spinaluniverse.com - that has been educational in understanding this post-op

recovery process and you're right - it will take time for the nerve to

completely heal after being inflamed by the disc pressing on it. Thank you all

for this great support group - unless you've gone through it, it is difficult to

understand our pains and sorrows.

Happy holidays.
