Guest guest
Can anyone explain to me why my left arm goes numb and feels so heavy? I know that it is called Radiculopathy but what is going on in there exactly. Is it effecting my circulation in some way?
Guest guest
Thanks for the reply. That is something for me to look into. From: erektg@... Turns out it was compressed Ulner nerves in my elbow. It fixed the pain in my arms hands elbows and shoulders when I had bilateral ulnar nerve transposition's. They basically move your Ulner nerves from the bony part of your elbow into the fleshy part. It's been 19 years now since I had it done and just starting to have symptoms come back in left arm. could definitely be something else but that was my experience. my orthopedist diagnosed it and had to have it confirmed by my neurologist and then the orthopedist did the surgery. good luck and i hope this helps, hope you have less pain soon. Guest guest
I get that too. Worse on the left. Seems to radiate from the back of my shoulders. If I sit very erect with my shoulders back it goes away right away. Likely a pinched nerve. No surgury for me. Also have numbness in my Left leg too. > > So for awhile now I've been experience periodic numbness in my arms. Both during they day and almost every night when I sleep.
