Pain an invisable ailment

One of the things that is so sad about having cronic pain, is that it

is an invisable ailment. If people can't see it, they think that

there is nothing wrong with you. If you have a good day, they think

you are " all better " , especially my children. Yesterday, was a good

day for me, my meds. actually helped with the pain and I painted the

insides of my 5 window sills. I polished and cleaned my living room

really well and believe it or not I actually sewed for 1/2 an hour.

Today is another story, my arms feel like they weigh 40 pounds each

and of course the fingers and neck hurt. It is definately a

rollercoaster ride isn't it.
