I know just what you are going through, I go

through it almost every day. I guess I am also

whining......I want to go to Miami (is my favorite whine). <br>I

am in the North East and the cold is effecting me as

well as the barometric pressure and humidity all have

a say. the temp and barometer go down and the

humidity up like all are right now I am a hurting unit.

Its all a part of life at this point.....now the

thing is, how does one end it.<br>Happy

Hello Sorry XX<br>Never feel in this club you

complain to much cause that's what this club is for, for

people like us, who understand each other, especaially

about the pain. I've used Vitamin B-12 1,000mg conbine

with nothing else one tablet a day for 3 weeks off one

week back on till you feel better this is also a

remidiy for pain killer. Now that's if you dont have

diabites, or heart problem, high blood pressure, I use it,

and it will constipate you, but you'll feel the

difference good luck and I'mm here to listen to every one of

your cries cause believe me I understand you. <br>Mari

I understand where your coming from, but the more

time you deny it from yourself the more harder and the

more painful it gets, its like a new girlfriend or

boyfriend, I had to pretend it was a boyfriend I was

marrying, the pain, we're married and we gotten divorsed

from the wheelchair, walker, and cane. I had to modify

and redesign my lifestyle and so far the pain level

has drop from a 10 to an 5 or 6 but this I was told

is for the rest of my life so we've become buddy and

he'll let me know when I over do it. listen to your

body and try and slow down stay away from liquor,

beer, and red meat like hamburger, steak for awhile a

month and then try them again and listen to your

body...good luck talk to me any time, I can tell you how to

get how out of bed, how to sit, walk, up to sex any

questions if you have any ask.....friends Mari

Hi Mari I have learned how to roll out of bed and

now sitting is a challenge.I have just now started

exploring what I drink and eat so its funny you mentioned

all that. I guess the drink of choice is water then.

No juice either? I am still learning alot of new

ways to deal with my new marriage to pain. The

physical therapists asked me last week what my pain is on

a scale 1/10 I find it hard to pinpoint sometimes

because think I have accepted it as normal?? I don't know

if you remember but I had laser surgery sept 27th

for a 5mm herniation in C5/C6. Anyways can you email
