No, actually I'm O pos. But it wasn't me that was craving the

fish. Actually I don't like fish that much.

Let Mother Nature give your daughter vitamin D!

Take her outside and have her play a couple hours a day. The sunshine Mother

Nature provides includes vitamin D.

No sunscreen other than coconut oil or cocoa butter on the skin. We want the

sun and its life giving/strengthening vitamin D.

The sun will also help keep the circadian rhythm on track... that's the

sleep/wake cycle. Melatonin and serotonin.

Marilyn,

I do make sure that goes out in the sun for a little while. I just

didn't know if I should be giving her supplemental Vitamin D as well. Thanks!
