I made one this morning with banana, strawberries, oj, vanilla

yogurt, little milk, flaxseed oil, honey and protein powder - not a

bad way to start the day! I was getting bored with oatmeal and

raisins for breakfast :)

Thanks for your suggestions, I can see how the options are endless

and you pretty much can't go wrong - it all tastes good! Have a
