Guest guest Posted March 15, 2003 Report Share Posted March 15, 2003 I made one this morning with banana, strawberries, oj, vanilla yogurt, little milk, flaxseed oil, honey and protein powder - not a bad way to start the day! I was getting bored with oatmeal and raisins for breakfast Thanks for your suggestions, I can see how the options are endless and you pretty much can't go wrong - it all tastes good! I always > start with a banana and then add some juice (orange is my fave), > strawberries, blueberries, pineapple or peaches, yogurt, soymilk, > flax seed, powdered greens, sometimes some oatmeal or oat bran, flax > oil (though I think I'm giving it up), maybe raw cashews, coconut > milk, or coconut. The mixes are endless. I usually use 3 fruits, 4 > oz. of juice, 6 oz or so of soymilk, 2 or 3 heaping tablespoons of > yogurt. Enjoy! Love & Blessings.
