The couple previously said "I do" in St. Tropez on July 29 and in a courthouse ceremony in Beverly Hills before celebrating in Detroit on Aug. 5.In Nashville's Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, a singer on stage unexpectedly announced to the crowd: "You guys aren't going to believe what we have next -– Kid Rock and Pam are going to get married on stage and we're not even kidding." The star couple then proceeded to get hitched on stage.
