Pure Synergy Smoothies

Beginner’s Blend

Using a jar or glass with a tight-fitting lid,mix and shake:1 tablespoon Pure Synergy½ cup pure, filtered water½ cup apple juice

Apple-Banana Blend

Mix in blender at high speed:1 tablespoon Pure Synergy½ cup pure, filtered water½ cup apple juice½ frozen or fresh banana

Berry Smoothie

Mix in blender at high speed:1 cup pure, filtered water½ cup frozen berries½ frozen banana1 teaspoon Healing Honey1 tablespoon Pure Synergy

Cherries Jubilee

Mix in blender at high speed:½ cup black cherry juice, orfresh or frozen cherries½ cup pure, filtered water1 ½ cups cut-up cantaloupe1 tablespoon Pure Synergy

Melon and Mint Smoothie

Mix in blender at high speed:1 cup cut-up cantaloupe1 cup cut-up honeydew melon1 cup cut-up watermelon½ cup pure, filtered water10 mint leaves3 ice cubes1 tablespoon Pure Synergy

Greens and Lycopene

Mark - Thanks for the smoothie recipes. I usually throw whatever I

have in the house in mine, but these give me some new ideas. I love

using a small amount of coconut milk once in a while and Knudsen's

has a great pineapple coconut juice blend. Also, some oat bran,

oatmeal or flax seed is great too. Looks like you're back up to
