What should I take a day? I am unclear on this.

Hmmmmm. Hi Mark. I've been taking Siliphos Maximum Milk Thistle for 3 years now---at three caps a day. Jay now sells it in bottles of 120 for $25 including shipping, so it's more economical to get it from him. I just cancelled my autoship w/ Natural Wellness. (For the same price, with Jay's deal you get one month's supply free). I'm not sure about the question about whether they are trying to make more $ by recommending more than necessary, but I don't think the x-tra will hurt you. I think Jay's will be 275 mg. as opposed to the 240 mg. I was getting from Natural Wellness...I'm going to see what his label suggests as a dosage.....and I'll get back to you....In health, Satya

Hi Mark - I've been taking Maximum Milk thistle for about a year now -

3/day. You should have received in you shipment a notice they send

regarding the 3 per day advice. I swear by my Maximum Milk Thistle

and think that it, along with the Microhydrin Plus and Colostrum, is

one of the main reasons for my success thus far. Let us know if you

but why not grow these plants yourself, i was looking at a USDA site and

most of our medicinal herbs are listed as " invasive weeds " hmmm that would

help the pharms wouldn't it. Tell me how you feel after gardening for just

alittle while. carol
