Guest guest
Satya, It is a sad that even in this time of grief you misrepresent the circumstances surrounding his death. Greg died of complications of ESLD....the ESLD was a result of the progression of HCV possibly exacerbated by his drug and alcohol. INF Tx was not the cause of his misery....ESLD was!! Kidney failure is common due to the hypertension from advanced cirrhosis. regards, BobK At 08:44 AM 09/21/2003 -0400, thecelestialspirit wrote: >>>> > I'm so sorry --- Greg was surely a trooper -- he fought the good fight and lost.... Guest guest
Hello Everyone, This is for Greg. I feel he would want us to know this.... no matter what your Spiritual Persuasion. Please don't take offense... this is not the time. Love, and Peace to All. Margie. For Greg, My battle belongs to the Lord Lord, since I gave my life to You, Living has been much more fun. My heartaches have been few, But they certainly are not done. Whenever I don't know what to do, I stand still with my eyes on You. For You have said "Be not afraid, and my child, be not dismayed." For my battles belong to the Lord. You never promised I'd be pain free, Only that You would fight for me. The part of the battle for me to do, Is to sing praises and worship You. Lifting holy hands for Your amazing grace, Praying to You on my knees and on my face. Heal my wounds and turn them to seed Use me to help others in need I pray that my seeds as they grow Will reflect the blessings You bestow. Jesus, please don't waste my strife, Jesus, please don't waste my pain Use them so I'll know my life Has not been lived in vain. Your beautiful soul lives on Greg, and your life has not been in vain. Your shared much of yourself and helped many of us, when we were down. You lifted us up with your positive good sense of humor Thankyou from all of us. We love you man. Guest guest
Margie, That tribute to Greg was lovely, would you mind if I posted this to the jovo list? I think there are many there who would love to read this. Hugs, Melody
Guest guest
Bob, Andy, and all, Can we please not use the death of a friend to fuel this feud on this list! I find all this very disrespectful. Bob, Satya has a right to her opinions, and there are many who will agree with her. You also have the right to your opinions and there will be those that agree with you. Please allow Greg to rest in peace. The fact of the matter is that he is gone, and it matters very little at this point what caused his rapid deterioration. He was and still is an inspiration to me that keeps me determined to continue my battle with this damned virus. So please just let this be and find some other area to bicker about, since that seems to be what gives you the will to carry on. And please, no responses on who started it,it just doesnt matter! Guest guest
How sad and low can folks get? Very sad. That was my comment. For this I'm accused of using the death of someone to further my views. Amazing! I also find the use by other of certain comments sad and disrespectful. For someone to suggest that only thing worth remembering about some was one particular incident in their lives is self-serving, rude and shows the cowardice of the person who used the inference to treatment. My comment was that is was very sad that someone would stoop so low; then again they have done it before. You might want to lay the criticism at the doorstep where it belongs. > Bob, Andy, and all, > Can we please not use the death of a friend to fuel this feud on this > list!
