Yvette,

I did not find any reference to Flanagan

off of their site. If it is an ongoing investigation I doubt that they would

give out anything substantive about the case. What did they tell you (or )?

It is quite vague for me to just call up

my local FDA office and ask if

I don’t currently take Flanagan’s

(or the old company, RBC that he was involved with) but if I do, I would want

to know what you are talking about. These products are too expensive to waste

money on. I sincerely want to know; I am not arguing of baiting anyone. Just please

share your warnings in a referenced manner. This is of interest to me since I might

use his products in my quality of life efforts for HCV.

I have followed Flanagan’s inventions

since the ‘60’s and know he is a brilliant individual. He was

honored as a teen with national recognition, already having inventions and doing

consulting for think tanks. I am not trained in science to evaluate his current

products.

I am a professional consultant in the

natural foods industry, versed in FDA requirements for labeling of supplements

and know that the FDA takes issue with claims that cure disease. (Labeling is the

wording on product label, website, pamphlets, etc.) I would imagine that Dr

Flanagan also knows, or has legal consultations that do, how to be in

compliance. So, it is also of professional interest to me to hear under what

points he is accused of fraud.

I am a bit disappointed in the slanderous

type of communication (both ways) I have been hearing. Are you folks a

community, or what?

In Health!

Miss London/Jay

Jay,

If you click on the link to the FDA, you can contact

the office in your area to ask about this. http://www.fda.gov/fdac/features/1999/699_fraud.html

Good luck! I was pleased with the quick

response I received to my concern.

Re:

[ ] Biopsy/tx

I bet everyone would like to see the document from the

FDA saying Flanagan Microclusters, or my protocl are a scam.

Really! Who do yo take us for... The FDA told you... If they

think I am a scam they should arrest me. If they actually put that in

print, I will see them in court, along with Andy, for liable. You used

quotation marks as if quoting the source....well, let's see it?

Hi Jay - This used to be a community before everyone went bananas. I

think that too many people are going overboard on both sides of the

fence. This is the worst display of catfighting I have ever seen in

my whole life - all 56 years of it. (except in the movies :>) )

I use RBC products and hve great faith in them. Neither RBC nor

Flanagan would jeopardize their positions by labeling any of their

products as a cure, though some feel that his products have resulted

in their coming back from end stage. I think that is where the

problem lies. I have no reason to disbelieve that since it has not

been disproven either. There have been things written disputing the

claims made by Flanagan, but who knows what credentials those people

have.

God bless. Karolyn
