Chaparral can cause hepatitis, and has been implicated in more than

one death from liver failure. It should be avoided, especially by

anyone with a preexisting liver disease.

I've been doing it for about a year but I've never been tested so I can't

tell you how it's affected me. I'm taking just in case I'm sicker than I

think. I've taken all sorts of things, been on all sort of diets, have

consumed alcohol and have abstained. While I'm currently living a pretty

clean life and supposedly taking all the right supplements, I never feel any

difference one way or the other. How's that for an endorsement?

Dear Jin,

How long did it take Dr. Zhangs herbs to work for you in terms of lowering

enzymes?
