Hi Terrel, I'd like to know more about " subliminal tapes. " Please

post more on these. I do believe that gentle, soft music has a

healing quality to it in and of itself. I listen to a cd of the ocean

and orchestra music,,,and also, a cd by a young girl of the age of 14

or so that has an angelic voice,,,her name is " Charlotte Church " and

this kind of music is so soothing, that I believe it helps me and my

body to heal.

I am trying several approaches to healing. A bit over the top but may

be worth it.

One way is with subliminal tapes/Cds/computer software. The other is

with herbs.

I just play tapes all day (earphones of course) – about six – eight

hours a day, and CDs run during the night – again with earphones.

These look good, which ones do you have now? The " Half Hour of Peace " got

lots of great reviews.

Which is the one you were discussing in a recent post.

You seem so motivated to exercise, wouldn't think you would need these. Are

you in a slump?

i have two loaded to my mp3 player right now -- 'exercise motivation' and

no im not in a slump... lately, getting daily exercise has been going very

well. but i have gotten lazy at times in the past and 'fallen off of the

wagon' and i know that makes me feel bad both physically and mentally. i

know that daily exercise is the best thing for me so i do what i can to

keep myself on track. i could also really use a subliminal 'eating

properly motivation' audio...LOL

thanks! its not a big deal. just a bit of a strain a week ago. it is

pretty much all better now... it didnt bother me at all today... yay!
