Abdomen feels sore after coffee enema :(

Hi, is it normal to feel abdomen pain after having an enema? , I did

one yesterday exactly as the instructions say on Bee's file, but only

shifted a bit of matter, so did another one today with only one spoon

of coffee and a lot more came out, but now a few hours later, my

abdomen feels a bit tender, is this normal?
