Guest guest Posted July 11, 2007 Report Share Posted July 11, 2007 I know from the files that it is better for the adrenals not to snack between meals, but I was reading your website (healingnaturallybybee) and it linked me to a mercola article that said that snacking is better for the adrenals because it wears them down to wait to eat until you are hungry. The mercola website also said that it is a bad thing to have a high metabolism and people with high metabolism generally live shorter lives. I'm finding that I'm hungry between meals. For some reason, the egg drink doesnt keep me full and I'm putting 4TBS of fat and 3 large eggs in it. I'll eat lunch, and then I'm very hungry to the point of getting headaches by the time I eat supper. I'm wondering if it would be better if I ate a snack? What is worse for the adrenals? Snacking or not snacking? Is it bad to have a high metabolism? Also, I think I'm either having die-off symptoms or retracing because I have not been so anxious since my college days. I stay up worrying and my mind races. Should I increase my vitamin B intake? (I don't take B vitamins after supper) I've been trying to ease my parents fear about taking Vitamin A, Vitamin E and raw garlic. They said all those things together may end up thinning my blood too much. I couldnt find anything in your files to refute this claim. What can I tell them to ease their mind? Bee, Thank You for responding to my post about the gag reflex. I think I've reached the point of no return, because cheating makes me sick and getting better gives me die-off symptoms.
