Blood spots in eggs - These are not supposed to be harmful, correct? I read that they occur in less than 1% of eggs, but the dozen I'm currently using has already had 5 eggs with blood spots. Should I discontinue buying this brand? I also read that blood spots may be triggered by too little vitamin A in a hen's diet, so maybe these aren't the most nutritious eggs to be eating anyway? I'm still trying to work up the courage to do the raw egg drink and these blood spots aren't making it any easier! Meat - I've never been a big meat eater; I just don't like the taste. I've been choking it down, but does anyone have any suggestions for preparing meat (especially chicken, beef, and lamb) to kindof disguise the meat taste?? I would be grateful! Thanks, Liz B.
