This program teaches what foods are healthy and which are not. In order to maintain life-long health you need to give your body the nutrients it requires, along with eliminating toxins and foods that damage the body, which includes unnatural processed foods like improperly prepared rye bread and white rice stripped of nutrients. All grains, nuts, seeds, and legumes must be properly prepared in order to remove mineral blocking substances and enzymes that interfere with protein digestion so they are fit for human consumption. Otherwise they will deteriorate your health. It is possible to get candida again. ==>Wine in moderation is okay to have. When you re-introduce foods they must still be " direct from Mother nature " and not processed or adulterated with toxins. I've maintained my diet and I take supplements so that at 65 years old I do not have any degenerative diseases. The health problems I experience are strictly " stress- related " and very short lived, and I do not have a thyroid, which I lost 20 years ago when I had candida.
