hi , magnesium glycinate is recommended i believe by dr cheney as it passses

the blood brain barrier and helps regulate the n somethings system in the

brain that is too far over from where it should be.....

other magnesium citrate etc are beneficial but not for blood brain barrier

...not such a small molecule if i rmember this correctly.

I've only been taking it for a short time. I read that the magnesium

oxide, which is a common supplement, is not well absorbed.

I've only been taking magnesium glycinate for a few weeks and haven't

notice any difference yet.

Thanks for the info on magnesium citrate. I've only seen that as a

liquid taken prior to a colonoscopy.

Sorry I had glycinate spelled wrong in my previous post.
