Guest guest
I've only been taking it for a short time. I read that the magnesium oxide, which is a common supplement, is not well absorbed. I've only been taking magnesium glycinate for a few weeks and haven't notice any difference yet. Thanks for the info on magnesium citrate. I've only seen that as a liquid taken prior to a colonoscopy. Sorry I had glycinate spelled wrong in my previous post. .. .. > Posted by: " Steve " dudescholar4@... > <mailto:dudescholar4@...?Subject=%20Re%3A%20MAGNESUIM%20GLICINATE> > dudescholar <dudescholar> > > > Sun Apr 19, 2009 12:37 am (PDT) > > > > Perhaps 400 mg/day of Magnesium is what I've seen recommended.
