Gracia, how much iodine do you take, how often, and which form/brand do you use. I have used something called Iosol, its about to finish and I want to purchase more. I noticed in one of your posts you suggested the Iodine was good for the hair loss. How much is effective, and how do you take your iodine? I reallly think it's the bees' knees. It gives me strength and stamina but it is a major detoxifier.
