Weight loss and prednisone

The past two weeks that I have been on the reduced dosage of prednisone, I have been the lucky recipient of 8 pounds of weight loss. This is wonderful news indeed for me. However, for those of you, is 4 pounds a week about average for weight loss? If I felt REALLY good, then, I wouldn't question the fact. Yet, I just don't feel "right" if you know what I mean. My head feels "spacey" and I seem to be in a strange fog. Thanks for your input.
