Hi! Deb Just a note to tell you when I first started pred. I was a mess. I stayed that why for a long time. I couldn't sleep just need to be up and doing something!![eating Ha!] 20 mgs really isn't that high, but for you it maybe . We are all diff!!!! See how you feel in a few days. Glade to see you back on. Myself I am doing!! I don't care if you use capt. all the time. Hey are you on any thing else???[ meds!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!! Hugs Sherry
