Mixing Supplements plus sodium question

Bee and all,

I've been on this program for nearly a year now and I'm still confused

about which supplements can be taken together and which should be

taken seperately. Every once in a while information comes out that

appears to contradict previous information.

So, can I mix ascorbic acid, baking soda, chlorofresh, calcium (not

lemon/eggshell variety) and (powder form) magnesium citrate together

in one shot? I also take the liver pills, vit.E and codliver oil just

after. For added information, I don't do the baking soda regime.

Also, the days I take high doses of ascorbic acid with baking soda,

should I reduce my ocean sea salt? That's a huge amount of sodium.

Thanks for any clarifications,

Anita T.
