Guest guest Posted October 8, 2006 Report Share Posted October 8, 2006 i am 5 ft1 inch i should be eating about 50g of protein. and minimun 150g fat, i usually get about 200g of fat intake and about 20 carbs if i have 4 raw eggs and 6 oz of raw tuna i have already gone 10g above my recommended intake and i am still hungry especially during die-off, anyone else have this problem? would eating protein over the ratios be harmful? i am breastfeeding as well, maybe this contributes to feeling hungrier? thanx joe Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
