Yes, I was going to try Vanadyl but my doc said that it causes hypoglycemia

after only a couple of days of using it, especially in CFS patients. karen

I agree Serenity...I just got nervous that perhaps my portion sizes were

way to large or something; because I'm not hungry until I look at the

clock and think oh crap I have to eat again !!! LOL

Hiya Dawn :) I rarely feel starving. I do notice that my body has

gotten so

used to the meal times that I do tend to get hungry when it's time to

eat.

But it's far from starving :)
