Guest guest
hi, please, has anyone suffered from bladder problems with aih. mine are so bad i just dont go out anymore. any suggestions? thankyou anita If your doctor has ruled out infections, ask about interstitial cystitis. Many researchers believe this to be another autoimmune disease. Often, the disease goes undiagnosed for years, and it be extremely painful and debilitating. The bad news is that treatment is not often effective. (I was fortunate: I was diagnosed as soon as I sought help, and I responded very well to treatment.) Some researchers believe that limiting one's intake of oxalic acid-rich foods may help those with interstitial cystitis. Tea (but not coffee), spinach, eggplant, and lemon peel are some of the culprits that come to mind immediately. A website to check is ic.help.com. Good luck. Guest guest
Anita, Do you have to go very frequently with large amounts, or do you have an urge with very little production? The answer can relate to the IC Harper is discussing versus another issue. Consult your GP/urologist, and I hope you can resolve it enough to go out again.
