Guest guest
Hi Everyone I've come across a few questions. I was wondering if I have the raw egg drink for breakfast and lunch, then a meat and veg dinner with lots of healthy fats, am I getting enough veggies? I know they are loaded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. (I usually eat about 1-2 cups of them). I read the fiber articles and am trying to retrain my brain on proper nutrition. I used to eat a ton of veggies thinking I was so healthy and not surprisingly had a ton of digestion problems. But doesn't fiber help push meat through the intestines? Or do the healthy fats do that? Is fiber even that important? It seems like liquid diets are helpful, and they contain no fiber. (My stools have been loose the whole time on this diet.) Also does anyone take sauerkraut or betatine HCl with the egg drink, or are the enzymes in the raw foods enough for you? I am trying to experiment. Thanks
