to make barley and wheat grass would be. But I think it is better not

to mess with them anyhow. You do not require anything other than

liquid chlorophyll I recommend in the way of green foods. It's from

alfalfa which has extremely long roots so it contains more nutrients

than other grasses like barley or wheat.
