Guest guest
Sherri Lee Please reconsider and stick around, to whatever degree you can. Back off a little if you feel you must. But, you have inspired me with your experience and wisdom because of your personal history. You have also been able to explain things in Saul's defense when he chose to remain silent, humble and modest as he may be. He may need a defense at times, so it seems, considering the former attacks. Your explanations completely exhonorated him in my eyes, and others, as you have heard (read). What if you weren't here to offer that?? Perhaps there was a reason you were guided to be here and because of that you should stay? I tend to be very sensitive and very loyal as you are Sherri Lee, and I can relate to how you must feel at this point. I appreciate you and don't want you to go. Light and love. Guest guest
I had to respond to this. I bought the Fulvic Acid Minerals (without the added vitamins because I take supplements) and have been taking it for about a week. Within 3 days I was amazed. I used to wake up in the middle of the night with pain because my limbs would fall asleep from (I guess) bad circulation. After 3 days on the Fulvic Acid - this completely disappeared. Now, after about a week, I feel better than I ever have. My mood - my energy - my ability to think and function - major improvements. I recommend it so highly. This is amazing stuff people. If you're looking for the " missing piece " to the puzzle, try this. I was, and now I'm thinking that it might be " it " . Light and love. Guest guest
Hi Jodi. Boy you took the words out of my mouth. I really and shocked at the difference these are making for me. It does feel like the final missing puzzle piece for me too. I am glad to know it's not just me. Thanks for sharing Jodi. I know nothing works first time everytime for everyone, but the science and testimonies behind fulvic acids make it worth trying, I think. Guest guest
I have been doing bench presses, for my chest exercise. Guest guest
I think pushups are really a total body effort. You have to keep your body locked in a straight plain while you do them - from your legs all the way through your mid-section and upper body should be kept tight like a board. In the army the only pushups that counted were the ones that broke the plane of the staight line that your back and arms create when you are in the down position. So you keep your back straight and your butt stays straight in line with your back (no butts in the air), whether you're on your toes or your knees. You can keep your head up or down -whichever is easier. After I went through all my army training I had a job where the in the first few weeks I did a lot of administrative stuff, to include a lot of two-hole punching of paper. Well, believe it or not that put a lot of strain on my right wrist and to this day it still hurts to put a lot of pressure on it in the push-up position. Although I've never tried it, I'm sure using those little push-up handle thingys would probably relieve the pressure on your wrist since they allow you to keep your wrist and hand in a straight line. I don't have an answer for the rotator cuff irritation aside from just working on the strength of the muscles around it. Hope that helps! in WI, resident pushup expert... (wink...)
