However, the more successful lists I have seen are " lightly " moderated, which means someone issues a warning when things start to head south and then suspends the players until they cool off. I don't have time to moderate any more than I do already, and I doubt it would make this list that much more effective. Moderated lists tend to have much less traffic, so I might consider it, but I would definitely stay on this one, either way. I would not want to stay on a list that was restricted to views supporting any one type of thyroid medication or diagnostic approach.
