Guest guest
, Super to hear about your cat! We have several patients living into their 18-20yr. with diabeties and other major diseases. I think a lot of this is because our profession is learning and teaching the medical side of things about the commonality and understanding of diseases. All species then benefit.:-) Kat [ ] Re: Our Border Collie, " Bobbi " > Ruth, > > I am so sorry to hear about your pup. Guest guest
Jerry, What a special cat! Our average across the US for indoor cats is 13-16. In our practice, they average 15 yrs. Thank you for sharing, and I empathize with your mom...I was a wreck for days after the loss of each of mine. Lucky my boss is great and gave me time off. Regards, Kat Re: [ ] Re: Our Border Collie, " Bobbi " > Kat..... I had a cat (no pun intended) that lived to be 22 or 23 and > finally had to be put down. She was a great pal. Guest guest
There was a period in my life when we had 23 cats. My girls remembered each of their names....I just called most of them by a descriptive statement sometimes with expletives. It is a long story... Guest guest
I have several clients with 20-30 cats, you are not alone. One even places pictures of each cat in our charts so we can tell them apart.:-) Kat Re: [ ] Re: Our Border Collie, " Bobbi " > There was a period in my life when we had 23 cats.
