Guest guest
Hi Gloria, Have you considered using a hot pack? I bought a Thera Bead moist-heat pack to use for my back which I heat up for 2 mins in the microwave oven. I have also used a magnetic under-blanket (to put under your sheet) which I found really great. You can also buy magnetic insoles and/or back/knee braces which are often used by sports people. One more thing I have used (I almost have my own Physical Therapy shop) is a TENS device which is quite expensive but if your doctor says you need it, you may be able to get a refund from your health insurance. Good luck, I hope the pain is only temporary.
