Guest guest
I've heard that Magnesium supplements may help with mild hypothyroidism, which is what I have, and I've been taking them for a few months now (they made my night-time leg cramps go away, too). Also, I am taking milk thistle capsule supplements for my liver function, which is somewhat compromised due to too many (past) years of drinking. I wonder if the Magnesium and the Milk Thistle are " okay " to take together? I will do a search later of what herbal supplements CAN be taken together, and which might conflict with each other, but I thought one of you might know off the top of your heads. Thanks for any advice you can give me. --Diane ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Looking for a deal?
