What if you can't get organic?

What if you have no access to organic and very little raw veggies? I

don't use canned vegetables but frozen are all I can get sometimes. I

read a few days ago that some eggs are better than no eggs. How far

do you go with the other things on the diet? If the only broth you

can make is with meat bones from the grocery store do you still use

that?
