Guest guest
Hi Bee, Sorry for all the questions today – now that I am back home and the holidays are over I want to get back to it and do it right. My tendency is to rush into things and do them too fast. So my question is regarding the “natural” hormone cream I have been using since May 2007. It has ingredients such as progesterone USP, coral calcium powder, magnesium gluconate, potassium citrate, aloe vera extract, alpha lipoic acid, etc. This cream is not like the ones Mercola warns about and that get stored in your fat cells, but still I know it is not recommended here and I do want to get off of it. However, I have been using ¼ tsp AM and PM for 8 months now. I have been on your diet since November 1st but because of travel, pain, and other events haven’t made it on to the full supplement regimen. Like I mentioned in a previous post, my plan is to start the 9- day program tomorrow and then slowly add supplements. While I want to get off the cream, I don’t think stopping it abruptly is a good idea. I think it would be too much of a shock to my body and it has helped with my energy, PMS, etc. I know you cannot give medical advice and that is not what I am looking for. What I am wondering is, what would you do in my situation? Would it be best to taper off slowly? If so, should I do it right away or wait until I am up to the full fat amount AND am taking all the supplements and feeling a little better? Thanks a bunch, a

See " Candida, All About " for the article " Candida Causes Cell Membrane Defects " . Your can taper off taking it, by cutting back the amount every 5 days. You don't have to wait until you are completely on this program. I think it will also cause imbalances. Bee
