Guest guest
Dear debby, Actually I think the gurgling stomach and diarrhea could be due to the build up in the intestines because the liver isn't working well. I have to watch what I eat at times and keep the bowels moving because of this. The question about acities and sweating is an interesting one! Maybe someone will know! Guest guest
Amy, the problem with me, is that my bowels move all day long! It is rather frustrating, but I am in the bathroom so many times - but at least I have plenty of time reading! LOL debby Re: [ ] Digest Number 2409 Dear debby, Actually I think the gurgling stomach and diarrhea could be due to the build up in the intestines because the liver isn't working well. Guest guest
All four of us are going to the conference. The girls has such a good time at the last one. They made new friends, Ashton met other kids her age with PID. She didn't want to go to the first one, but now really is looking forward to going again. The people who were with them were great. They were very observant, as Ashton is extremely shy. They went out of their way to make sure that all the kids were comfortable with things. It was great knowing that we could go learn and the girls were having a good time. None of us got sick afterwards. We are very conscious about using hand cleaner, etc. I hope that they do a session with the older children. It means a great deal to meet people who are living with this and successful in life. It helped me to meet people like that too. It was uplifting. I hope to meet everyone there. Guest guest
Hi O's ! I just bought a stevia plant and I'm wondering if I can use the leaves in my tea as a sweetener? or do they have to be dried/powdered/extract'd ? Thanks !

Stevia is an avoid for non-secreters.
Guest guest
You might taste it and see. If it is sweet in it's natural flavor, you might be able to take a few leaves and put it in your tea to sweeten it, like you can mint leaves, to add a little extra flavor to tea. I've never had the plant. The coop I order from had only the green natural ground up stevia, and it had a tea smell to it. it was great in tea, notin coffee. This was back before I started the O way of eating. Re: Digest Number 2409 Hi O's !
