Hi There:

I too am Diabetic and once I started using 4 tbsp. Coconut Oil daily, I was able

to stop taking my Diabetic medication that I have had to take for 10 years.

My sugar never spikes anymore. I'm very happy.

wondering...

Need some input...I use the coconut oil...love it! Also drink the coconut

juice..love it...:)

I am diabetic. I have to count my carbs to prevent sugar spikes. What do you

think if I was to start using coconut flakes in my cereal/or other foods to add

more coconut to my diet? There is only 8 carbs in 2 TB. so it seems like it

would help me even more.

Thanks! Jimslady55

Marcy, not sure about the coconut flakes. i'm sure it would help.

but about the cereal..i would not eat it. check out

www.westonaprice.org

type in cereal..and all the reasons it should be avoided. instead,

they recommend porriages..which are not only much better for your

health, but also more satisfying because much more nutrient dense.

Be careful of coconut juice. It is high carb.

Hi Bee and Group supporters--I desperatly need your advice. Yesterday,

I stayed on a strict candida diet and also drank the 1 tsp of baking

soda two times. Last night, I felt like i was going to vomit (but

didnt). I felt for sure i had the flu, massive headache and chills...is

this a die off symptom, or could i just be getting the flu. This

morning i was so tired...but not feeling at all the way i felt last

night!!! Is this familiar? Or, I guess i could be coming down with a

virus. I find it weird that i did that yesterday and then felt that way

last night...What do you think?

Thanks,

==>Hi . Since the baking soda is antifungal you should start on

the diet plus supplements first, which will kill off a lot of candida.

The reactions you had were severe die-off symptoms, which are described

as flu-like because of the body detoxifying candida toxins that are

being killed off.

==>Your own body creates viruses, bacteria, germs, and fungi in order

to clean up toxins - see articles in our Group's Files (left menu) in

the " C) Germ & Antibody Theories Are False " .

There's a lot of cancer out there in 40-60 year olds. Our school nurse just died of pancreatic cancer seven months after her diagnosis (about average for pancreatic cancer). She opted for the usual chemo, etc. at the best cancer centers--Yale, NYC hospitals. Someone else just died of kidney cancer--too far gone to poison him, thank goodness. It's really sad.

On the flip side, someone else I know was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in Dec. and refused chemo--went with drastic diet changes and is under the care of (our new) naturopath. He had a little surgery to relieve pressure from the tumor but very conservative amount done. He's doing so well he's gained weight and is back at work. He should have been dead by now.
