What I've realised and would recommend to newer members is that once you have slowly built up the programme, your progress will be best if you try to follow nearly all of the advice. If you miss a few bits out it may not work as well as I've found! I'm now slowly changing some things to try and be on the plan exactly! ==>That is very good advice Amy. > > The files are just something else, I still haven't managed to read > everything! It's comforting to know that if you have a question it will be answered, usually the same day by you or one of your moderators (who are also very good). ==>Thank you. It is wonderful to know I am appreciated. Lots of love to you too Amy, Bee
Guest guest
I just had to check in and let you know I'm doing really great! I'm feeling so good everyday and have gotten really " good " at this lifestyle change. lol Next on my adgenda is easing my son onto the diet. We're bringing him in for an eval for autism this Friday and I know whether he is on the spectrum or not he would really benefit from this diet and lifestyle change. After my son the next person I'm going to work on converting over to eating healthy and living better is hubby. He'll be the hardest...he loves his pop, candy, and smokes Anyway, thanks so much for your group and advice! YOU ROCK! Nell
Guest guest
Wow . It is absolutely fantastic how your health has improved! You are to be commended for doing it, and for believing in the program. That's very very well done ! I'm so very happy for you. Yippee! May I please post your message in our Success Stories? I'm behind on getting them posted on my website but I hope to catch up soon. The very best in health to you and your dear husband! Onward and upward!
