Guest guest
Hi Bee!! I think I need to switch from organic butter to non. But it's going to be hormone and antibiotic free. (Organic is more than double the cost) Is this ok? Can I eat my bacon raw, meaning out of the package without frying it? Also I've been thinking that I probably don't have candida anymore. I had it in 1999 and went on a year, year and half diet and recovered then from my symptoms. I know what you say about the spit test (mine resulted as barely or mild) and the questionnaire. The thing is I feel the questionnaire is a set up because some questions will never change i.e.: " did you take even one course of antibiotics ever in your life? " So we'll always test positive... By the way, my results were only 34%! The reason why I think I don't have it is because I have zero die-off from the coconut oil. Isn't that a give-away? I found out that my bloating doesn't happen if I only eat fat and protein. So my bloating isn't a sign of candida. The moment I have a carb, I'm a goner! We're talking balloon-city here. My tongue is not as coated as it used to be. And I haven't had a ringworm breakout since on the diet. (But I barely had one every 4-6 months or so). (My candida lab work came back negative but I also know about false negatives) Anywho!!!! I found out (by myself) in May I had celiac and when I stopped eating wheat many symptoms went away. My main symptoms are debilitating fatigue but it comes from hormonal imbalance (even though those tests also return negative). (You know with all the corruption with doctors, you'd think they'd botch up your lab work to tell you you're positive and scare you and sell you more drugs. But don't let me give them any ideas. [i hope you don't have spies here...]) Other symptoms: a major sleep disorder, fluid in middle right ear that won't clear and I think most my symptoms are due to the mercury, lead and other metals that I tested positive for. So I figure at 34% and no die off (I don't do other antifungals) I don't have to freak out when I go a bit off the diet. (We're not talking major offtrack here. It's not like I'm scarfing down pizza or drowning my sorrows in pepsi and other plastic foods, just a square of additive-free chocolate here and there. Plus I take alpha lipoic acid to counteract the glycation). So I can be here for the health aspects and try to find out how to heal my symptoms. What do you think Bee? (About my not having candida, not about my diet adultery with lady-killer Mr. chocolate) Raw bacon wishes and beef liver dreams, Chris.
