Bee - thank you for your response. I have a few additional questions if you

don't mind before I head to the health food store. TIA, Caryn

Which Vitamin C do you recommend?

Which Coconut Oil is best? I am totally new to using Coconut Oil and need

some guidance on this and Pau D'Arco Tea please.

Please let me know where I can find this information as I did not see it in

the files, but with this brain fog have probably overlooked it.

" Are you also having the Electrolyte Drink I recommended, which is very

important for your bladder, urinary system and kidneys. "

Thanks again for your help,

Caryn

==>Caryn, I understand about having brain fog, but please my dear,

my new website has a fabulous Site Search on it that you can use

with any word and get all kinds of articles - there are over 700

posted.

==>There's a list of websites recommended and types of coconut oil.

As I wrote in my previous email the specifics on vitamin C are in my

main article, in the Supplements List, etc., etc. Also search for

messages in our archives for Pau D'Arco and on my website.

Which Vitamin C do you recommend?

Hi Caryn,

Here's some information for you from Bee's files on Vitamin C,

specifically from her Candida Supplements List that should help you.

Vitamin C, containing rosehips, citrus bioflavonoids, hesperidin and

rutin. Take 4,000 mgs in divided doses (1,000 mgs 4 times per day).

The best combination of vitamin C to take is 1,000 mg of a supplement

containing rosehips, citrus bioflavonoids, hesperidin and rutin, plus

3,000 mg of sodium ascorbate = 4,000 mg total.

Sodium ascorbate is a combination of powdered ascorbic acid crystals

and baking soda. Most ascorbic acid products contain 1,000 to 1,200

mgs of vitamin C for each 1/4 teaspoon. Mix equal amounts of ascorbic

acid and baking soda, and add about 1/2 - 3/4 cup of filtered water.

If you get loose stools by taking 4,000 mgs per day you might need to

start with less and gradually increase it.

You can safely take a lot more vitamin C, up to 20,000 mg per day,

but in order to avoid loose stools you must gradually increase the

amounts. Since vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin the body throws

off what it does not need. Vitamin C does not accumulate in the body

like oil soluble vitamins.

Minimum Vitamin C Dose: Take a minimum of 4,000 mg per day; the best

combination is 1,000 mg supplement and 3,000 mg of sodium ascorbate.

Caryn, mountainroseherbs.com (which Bee recommends in her files)has

the best price I think we have all found on organic unrefined coconut

oil. They also carry Pau' D'Arco Tea, so you could order them both at

the same time.

http://www.mountainroseherbs.com/bulkoil/a-c.php

organic unrefined coconut oil $28.00 per gallon.

http://www.mountainroseherbs.com/bulkherb/p.php

Pau D'Arco bark (which works better for making the tea than the

powder), 1 pound for $5.00

azurestandard.com has Pau D'Arco bark at a better price for $4.50 for

1 pound, but you might as well order it from mountainrose since you

are already paying for shipping on the coconut oil anyway. Unless you

are on the west coast, then Azure may deliver to your area with no

shipping charge.

If you want to know more about Pau D'Arco Tea, just use the site

search feature Bee has on her new site

(http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com) and you will find lot's of

great information. When I entered Pau D'Arco Tea just now, there were

16 findings.

If you want to try and buy some locally, use the search feature on

Bee's new site to find the recommended coconut oils in the " Coconut

Oil Resources " file.

Hope this helps. :-)

Happy New Year!

Debra NW
