Food on the 9 day program

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone would care to share what they have eaten on the 9 day

program. I'm not really sure what proteins would be easy to purree and what

other vegies I could use. I'm also curious about the ratios of fat, protein and

carbs, I guess they are the same as usual? If anyone has a quick and easy

'recipe' that would be most appreciated!
