cups of ginger tea to minimize bloating. Try taking 500 mg extra

per day of bioflavonoids starting 5 days before your menses and

during, then stop - buy it separate from vitamin C.

are. Hang in there. It takes time but eventually you won't have

any PMS symptoms.
