Bee's egg drink is excellent, as Debby suggested. I've had it 3 times a day during very stressful times and when I'm rundown. You can also drink 4-5 cups of ginger tea to minimize bloating. Try taking 500 mg extra per day of bioflavonoids starting 5 days before your menses and during, then stop - buy it separate from vitamin C. ==>You won't be losing your improvements, it just seems like you are.
