Bee - Calcium/magnesium and osteoporosis?

Hi Bee,

Re: Your suggestion that I cut back to 350 calcium and 450 magnesium

and see if my lower back pain decreases.

** As of today, I've lowered my cal/mag to the amounts above.

** I forgot to write in my previous post: The reason I'd been taking

700 mg calcium and 900 magnesium daily (in 2 doses) was mainly because

of (medium) osteoporosis in my lower back and osteopenia in my neck

(also because of beginning of osteoarthritis in my right hip). The

tests I took several months ago showed these results.

Question: In view of these results, should I still lower my intake to

350 mg calcium and 450 magnesium?
